QUALITY AND ENERGY POLICY:

Field of Activity of SIA “Baltic Zinc Technics”: HOT-DIP GALVANISING OF STEEL, METALLISATION, SHOT BLASTING, PAINTING 

Purpose of SIA “Baltic Zinc Technics”: By continuously following the development of technologies and works on energy efficiency improvement, to provide the most appropriate technological solutions in the Company’s field of activity in accordance with the wishes and requirements of the customers, existing standards, regulations, norms, and eliminate unnecessary energy consumption.

Policy of SIA “Baltic Zinc Technics”:

The Company Policy is to provide existing and potential customers with high-quality services by using energy more efficiently and by the continuous improvement of energy performance, as well as to be more energy efficient in its field of activity considering the changes in business, climate, and other relevant factors.

The Company defines quality as the provision of service in accordance with the customer’s wishes and requirements. In its activities, the management of the Company respects the changing requirements and wishes of customers in the range of services offered, as well as the variability of quality criteria. The Company shall undertake to comply with the applicable requirements.

The main goal of the Company is to make long-term profit, and to ensure the performance of energy efficient services with the highest quality. The company carries out continuous improvement and development of the developed Quality Management System and Energy Management System by analysing the operation of the Company and the fulfilment of the specified requirements, which helps to achieve its goals and plans. The Company shall undertake to comply with and implement the binding laws and regulations, international standards and other binding requirements related to the provision of quality services, energy efficiency, use and consumption of energy in the implementation of the set goals and plans.

The Company shall undertake to comply with the applicable requirements by respecting and promoting the procurement of energy efficient products and services affecting energy performance, including project development or design activities that take into account improvements of energy performance and contribute to the improvement of the energy performance of the Company.

The management of the Company shall undertake to provide the necessary resources and create the necessary conditions to achieve the set goals/tasks for the provision of quality services and fulfilment of energy tasks.

Each employee shall be responsible for the implementation of the Quality and Energy Policy of the Company, as each employee is considered a critical part in the operation and improvement of the Quality Management System and energy efficiency. 

The management of the Company constantly evaluates the efficiency and cost/benefit terms of the Quality and Energy Management System, as well as the behaviour and awareness of the employees in quality management and energy saving. The employees are constantly encouraged to submit suggestions for improvement of the system. The Company constantly educates and informs employees to improve quality and energy efficiency, as well as to achieve its goals.

The services of the Company comply with the current laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and international standards.
