Internal diaphragm
When using internal diaphragm, make sure the corners of it are cut. On larger RHS use a stiffener with a central hole as well as cut corners. NEVER arrange a plate that blocks the entire cross section. It may be dangerous during hot dip galvanizing. (One may happen to be unpleasantly surprised when receiving an invoice if the entire section has filled with zinc which cannot escape!)

Following the latest innovations, we have upgraded our production equipment and installed a larger zinc bath, enabling the galvanizing of even larger steel structures while optimizing processes and offering faster and more cost-effective solutions for our customers. The zinc bath dimensions are 9000 × 3000 × 1600 mm, allowing us to galvanize steel structures up to 1.35 meters in width and 2.5 meters in depth. Using the double-dipping method, we can galvanize structures up to 14 meters in length. For precise product length options, please contact us directly.
